- Can I change my booking package or participation date?
- To change the park or date you must rebook. A cancellation fee of JPY200 per ticket applies from 14 days before the selected date through the expiration date.
- Can I visit both Disneyland and DisneySea on the same day?
- No. With a standard 1-Day Passport you can only enter one park. To visit both you must buy a separate ticket for each park (or hold a limited-edition Park Hopper Passport).
- How do I redeem the voucher?
- No printing is required. Display the QR code ticket on your smartphone and scan it at the park entrance reader; one ticket per guest.
