Every attraction inside the Gardens is ticketed separately, and there are two price tracks: Singapore residents and everyone else. Proof of residency may be requested at purchase or at the gate, so the resident column is not a loophole for visitors.

• All prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST.
• The two S$14 walkways are not the same thing. OCBC Skyway is a 128 m aerial walkway suspended 22 m up between two Supertrees and takes about 15 minutes. The Supertree Observatory is a platform at the top of the tallest Supertree. Buying both is redundant for most people.
• The conservatories are the time sink: budget about an hour each for Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.

Which Combination Actually Makes Sense

The mistake isn't overpaying, it's buying attractions that duplicate each other. Match the ticket to how long you actually have.

• Seniors get a meaningful discount only on the resident track; there is no non-resident senior rate published for most attractions.

Booking Platforms vs the Official Site

Third-party platforms resell the same tickets, so the official rate is the number to compare against, not a starting point to beat blindly.

• Benchmark first. Write down S$46 (combo) and S$14 (Supertree Observatory) before you open any booking site. Anything meaningfully above that is a packaged product, not a cheaper ticket.
• Compare the total, not the headline. Listings often quote in your home currency; what matters is the card charge after conversion and fees.
• Check what's actually included. Listings that look cheap sometimes cover one conservatory, a resident-rate product, or a dated entry slot you can't move.
• Residency proof is enforced at the gate, so a resident-priced listing is not a saving for a visitor — it's a ticket you may not be admitted on.

Two things ruin a Gardens visit: arriving when an attraction is shut, and misreading last admission.

• Maintenance closures are published in advance and are attraction-specific. As listed on the official site in August 2026, Flower Dome was closed on 17 Aug 2026, Floral Fantasy on 1 Sep 2026, and the Supertree Observatory on 3 Sep 2026. Check the attraction page for the date you're going — a closure on one attraction doesn't close the rest.
• Last admission is not closing time. Cloud Forest stops admitting at 8pm; Flower Dome, the Observatory and OCBC Skyway at 8.30pm. A 7.45pm arrival is enough for one conservatory, not two.
• Floral Fantasy opens an hour later (10am) than the rest, which catches out early-morning itineraries.
• OCBC Skyway can be suspended in bad weather; the conservatories are indoors and unaffected.

Where the Real Decision Is

Gardens by the Bay is the easy half of a Singapore day: fixed prices, published hours, no queue-jump economics. The harder half is whether a second attraction that evening is worth its own ticket.
